Biography Lawrence Kapiloff, Democrat, was a State Assembly Member, 1973-1982. His 78th Assembly District included cities within San Diego County. He was born on September 22, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York and established residence in California in 1955. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict then attended the University of California, Los Angeles. There he received a BA in Psychology in 1957 and an LLB from t...
